Weather
Winter steelhead fishing can
be very wet and cold. Most of these rivers are coming
out of the Olymipic Rain Forest. Rain gear, warm layers
and some sort of boots are a must.
The Springer fishery is also very wet and cold weather. Clothing used for Steelhead is the norm.
Puget Sound fishing is done out of a comfortable 26' Osprey. It has a head and heat. Most Puget sound fishing is in the summer so heavy clothing is not required.
What to Bring: Camera, sunscreen, sunglasses, raincoat, Lunch or snacks and beverages.
